The Magical Power of Cyclopentadecanolide<\/h2>\r\n\t\r\n\t

French scientist, Jacques Le Magnene, did research that proves just that.<\/p>\r\n\t

According to him, mature women have a stronger ability to sense a substance called \u201cCyclopentadecanolide\u201d (known as \u201cmuscone\u201d).<\/p>\r\n\t

On the other hand, his research showed that men and girls were essentially unable to sense it at all.<\/p>\r\n\t

Moreover, Le Magnene\u2019s research showed that increased estrogen was positively correlated with an ability to sense muscone.<\/p>\r\n\t

As a side note, synthetic musk and the original have become remarkably similar due to advances in chemistry.<\/p>\r\n\t

Nowadays, the elements in synthetic musk are almost the same as natural musk.<\/p>\r\n\t

Blaise Pascal once said that the whole face of the world would have changed if Cleopatra\u2019s nose had been shorter.<\/p>\r\n\t

We might also muse that it may have also been different if she hadn\u2019t doused herself in musk.<\/p>\r\n\t

It is rumored that she used it to attract the Roman, Marc Antony.<\/p>\r\n\t
